Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

This is a placeholder template provided for the CustodiFlow pilot. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have qualified counsel review and finalize these terms before relying on them.

These terms govern your organization's use of the CustodiFlow pilot. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using CustodiFlow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

CustodiFlow is a supply-tracking and reordering tool for janitorial and commercial cleaning companies. It lets you manage sites, storage locations, items, and inventory; scan QR labels to record inventory events; generate reorder lists; view reports; and use an AI assistant scoped to your janitorial data.

3. Pilot plan and billing

The pilot plan is offered at $99 per month for up to 5 sites and is invoiced monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future invoices and does not refund the current period. We may change pilot pricing on reasonable notice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization, including the accounts you create for managers and crew. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other organizations' data, no reverse engineering, and no uploading of malicious code. The AI assistant is provided for janitorial operations questions only and may decline other requests.

6. Your data

Your organization owns the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pilot. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Inventory figures and forecasts are estimates to assist your decisions, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustodiFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate the pilot; on termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
